How we could trade prior to China NDRC approval? please advise.
No NDRC approval, $100 million will not fly from China to Australia and the ASX will not lift up the trading suspension if the money is not in Australian bank account. The only option is that if the acquisition deal is cancelled and then find another bidder/acquirer which is from free-market countries without foreign exchange control restrictions.
