If they can NOT get China NDRC approval this month, you can forget the completion of deal in Nov or Dec 2019 because both companies need to call shareholders' meeting to approve it and also FIRB approval for WAPRC to acquire major ownership of ANS. It will require around 3 months to complete the deal with the condition that $100 million will be in ANS bank account in Australia in Sep 2019.

This is the milestone.
First, $100 million should be in ANS bank account in Australia.
Second, WAPRC needs to get approval from FIRB, Australian for foreign investment in an Australian firm. i.e. ANS and shareholders' approval. This will take around 2 months for these approval.
Third, After the acquisition of WAPRC on ANS and legally WAPRC owns majority of ANS and then move to fourth step,
Fourth, ANS will acquire SDL

First, second, third and fourth steps will take around 3 months (the faster one) upon receiving the money in Australian bank account.

Whoever told you that the acquisition deal will be completed in November 2019, they are not real. So please do not keep saying in this forum that the acquisition of ANS on SDL will be completed in November 2019.
