I will believe it when I see it...desperate times cause for desperate solutions...Surely this will make the project very expensive and a loss making project. Sounds like an option they are considering but surely this would only a be short term solution. Image how many trucks would flood the roads. I doubt that they roads would be capable of accommodating such a capacity. It will be interesting to watch that space. By the end of this year you say, that's only a couple of months off.
