I guess there will be another general meeting sometime this year. Remember there was one GM planned to happen at early October, at the time of cash distribution announcement. Look at how the last performance was handled, it was announced on April 2017 and approved at a GM on June 2017.

I think they are keen to get these options up as early as possible so they have more lead time to achieve their target. So it's also possible that there is news on the revenue coming up very soon.
