As to chands point if they have already been paid why do they need extra "remuneration"? Some idea of the proportion of remuneration that is by cash versus incentive payments needs to be provided. I do not object in principle to incentive payments, but some justification and detail needs to be provided to shareholders.

Presumably we will get something at the AGM, but I find the timing of this announcement and lack of information odd. Does the issue need AGM approval as part of the remuneration report?

Of course they need approval. I've said it before, PET needs a Company Secretary. Big question mark over Governance. Large cap company with MD running company, Finances and Company Secretary role in listed company. Never made sense to me.
