surprised no comments released on these options. without comments from the company i'm not happy with this.
first point with the it being likely to raise $13m over the next 9 months no real need for a placement or cap raising but the end result is likely to be the same.
these performance options , are they for pass performance or future ? what are the vesting conditions ? are there sales targets or profit targets attached ? if no targets attached then this is poor in my eyes. to me its a free hit. if i was to be given 1m options with no targets etc then nothing to stop me selling 1m shares at todays prices knowing if the sp goes down a don't need to buy the options so in front, if the sp goes up i can then benefit buying the options at the cheaper price of $1.35. so if no targets attached there is no risk
