Hi Chand
yes thats the problem we all have views on what these options are for., we should not have views we should know. are they for past performance ? future performance ? i can't see a reason why no details. i have no problems with the price or rewarding and motivating just let me know what we are rewarding for. to me it should not be for pass efforts haven't we already done that back in 2017 didn't we do 65m options at 10.5c, ($6.825m) at today's price that would be $91.65m or $84.825m profit. if you look at that figure compared to the mc rise thats fine but if you look at the figure and compared it to the sale revenue received since then and the company profit i think staff have already had their share of bonus. one point to remember is last years forecast for the 2017 to 2018 june year was not meet, then the forecast originally for 2018 to 2019 June was not meet, they changed the finical years period to calendar year 2019 and half way though the year we had only done a third. yes the staff and management has made great progress but before we start issuing more options lets start turning in a good profit and meeting forecasts or give me a explanation to go with the new options
thanks
