Agree, there have been few sales (even the big JH one that was flagged hasn't eventuated yet).
However my understanding is they can sell at anytime except during blackout periods. This are from one week prior to the end of financial year until the day after the FY results are announced. Same period also applies to end of half year & half yearly results.
