Agree dugsab. I'm not suggesting manipulation, just that the terms of the VWAP conversion gives the lender near total control of the SP because of the low take up of buyers and low volume turnover. It is only favouring the lender, and holders who do not capitalize on the reducing price are kicked in the gut by the VWAP empowered (of their choice) lender.That deal has got to be killed ASAP.
And, why wasn't it with that latest ( why???") placement @ 4.5!!!, when they didn't even use it for the so called "purpose" that it was used??
They have now re-set the bar at .036/7!!!!! Masochism/madness.
But, maybe. their "method"in their madness is to allow genuine believers to take up incredibly discounted opportunities?? I can't imagine what we will be saying next February about being able to buy at below 4 cents in Ofctober!!!!
