was announced on 28 February 2019. Under the terms of the unsecured facility, the consolidated entity will have access to
funding of up to $3,345,000


(b) 90% of three VWAP’s of the Shares selected by the Investor for the 20 Trading Days ending on the date of the Conversion Notice.

In the 20 trading days prior to the conversion (this VWAP period) the SP fluctuated between .045 and .039.

In the 10 trading days prior to that 20 days, the SP dropped from .064 to .045 !!!!.
