Not sure i would say bullish. But they have done what they said they would do and cobtinue to spend cash wisely, in that we have yet been asked to hand of more hard earns. the directors have bought on market at around the 12 to 13c mark if I am not mistaken. I topped up the other day. This could yet still surprise. i certainly don't have the house money on it.
