How do you know the bonus is for 13k revenue? Provide a source please...
I would HIGHLY doubt management would issue an employee/s with 3M shares (worth 30k @ 1c) for 13k revenue. This would be one hell of a way to lose trust with your SH and not get re-elected which management themselves personally got no benefit from.
Yes they spent 270k on staff costs but people generally don't volunteer their time and these staff secured & announced multiple deals on a weekly basis in the last ~2 months with more deals expected according to the latest 4C/Qtrly.
How do you know the bonus is for 13k revenue? Provide a source...
