Amvest client definitely was not the only one selling up to yesterday. 20 million traded since that 2.7 mil converted on 10 October @ .036. More than likely sold most of them in the next 5 days when the SP ranged from 4.0 to 4..4 and held on to a few to play with while the SP has been downhill all the way since then . Is probably today's "bot" trying to tease out more buyers while can still get more than 10%, very easy $100 grand+ just waiting to be picked. Kills 12% p.a. without conversions!!
There is "manipulation", maybe not illegal, but stretching the bow to the limit, unless it's just to get maximum benefit of the VWAP provisions and that's what Steve should be investigating from his share registry. Not hard for an M.D.
