Perhaps, it's the same calculator that had them thinking that the last CR was going to be 8.0 cents but then the calculator or someone's calculations scaled it back to 3.5c!!
10 million shares for this - 50 million shares for that ... appalling decisions. Maybe, someone should send the BOD a simple definition of what 'dilution' represents.
Why don't they use cash to buy things ... oh that's right ... the cash in the bank is probably retained to pay for services provided by AGMPL and just in case the BOD decide to make another interest free / unsecured loan to related entity.
I wonder why AGMPL doesn't take shares as payment for the, "management services" agreement? I think I know why but I reckon others can figure it out for themselves - it's not too hard.
