For those not aware, this announcement finalizes the outstanding Options which MQG had from previous deals, of which none of the 52.5M shares they could have taken up were realized.
While not wholly surprised they didn't take the 30M in September at 20c, I thought these 22.5M at 14c could have been attractive to them. Seems our current SP slump helped make that decision for them.
While the company could probably have done with the extra $9.15M, with our current cash flow I for one am happy not to have been diluted by ~7% for it.
Onwards & upwards for 2020!
