Directors’ Participation - Conditional PlacementThe Conditional Placement comprises an investment of $A2.2 million by Doug Battersby (Chairman and Co-Founder), Maynard Smith (CEO and Co-Founder), Charles Sands (NED), Paul Young (NED), Bill Sack (ED), Prent Kallenberger (ED) and/or their associates. As each of the directors are related parties of the Company, the Company will seek shareholder approval prior to the issue of Placement Shares to each of them.
