With every state affected differently and each state using different tactics due to either their cases or political allegiance the outcome for each state is going to vary markedly.

As for why we are drilling for more oil - producing LLC means that we are producing a premium raw product, our cost of production is probably lower than that of shale oil producers, but I think that your question is a good one and is probably worth putting to management - in times like these cash in the bank is king.

..like the idea to drill while costs are down and having full production ready set to go when prices rise rather than being six months behind later and trying to compete for rigs.
All for them developing as many blocks as possible ready for full production as prices and cash flow allow..
