Where did you get those numbers?
Their last annual report states they have 281 holders with a less than marketable size holding !!! Poor buggers can't get out even if they wanted to, brokerage will cost them more than the shares are worth. Guess when probably 50% of holders have less than a marketable parcel it shows you what sort of company it is.
