re: Ann: Appendix 3C - Announcement of Share ... For ease of demonstration ,lets say the company had 100 million shares and the director owned 10% being 10000 shars.
They use the buyback ( company money) to purchase 10% or 10000 shares.
Now there are 90.000 shares which the director has 10,000 off.
He has just increased his holding from 10% to 11.1111%.

1.1% of 300 million sale price is 3.3 million dollars.
You guys can figure the rest out.
