The company is buying back and cancelling ~150k shares at ~14c, and ~75k shares at ~10c, that were issued under the loan share scheme i.e. to employees.
Without looking into the details of the scheme, it sounds like an employee(s) bought that many shares via a loan from the company but has not paid for them and e.g. may no longer work there.
