Their buyback’s own disclosures are factually within the company’s controls, they are even authorised by the company’s Company Secretary and General Counsel, Penny Grau. So very factually almost emphatically this is all within the company’s controls.
The buyback was operating up at the $18 mark so factually the buyback has been operating when the SP is higher so factually your second statement is wrong as well.
