" An executive incentive scheme has been established to attract, retain and incentivise key executives to deliver on the targeted goals. The scheme is contingent upon a trade sale or similar exit for shareholders at a valuation above a targeted price of 10 cents per share. An exit such as a trade sale would result in the creation of a bonus pool equivalent to 20% of the excess above the target of 10 cents per share."
I got this from the 2022 annual report showing the incentive scheme high points. In my simple view - what figure per share gives a good return to the managers entitled to the bonus pool and in what timeframe? An answer to this probably the exit price range. IMO
