Meh, sure the EV stuff is trendy but I struggle with the scalability - if they are making that much money off it, why wouldn't the company design its own software. Its basic tech stuff - you have a server send a signal to each EV every hour / 2 hours and test check if its got a fault. If you find a fault register a service callout. Sure its trendy to outsource it, but building that for yourself isn't that expensive. So sure if you had 20 - 30 charging stations and did care about having a proactive maintenance program (ie vs a response maintenance program relying upon people reporting them as not working or your using consumption data) then this product would be helpful, but long term... you would make it an extension of the software that reports the consumption.
