I'm still watching. The management incentive for a trade sale kicks in at 10c so this is the absolute minimum in my mind - I'm 99% certain on this point from a shareholder vote in the last 2 years. Whilst they missed the main financial target in the most recent updates due mostly to a legacy client leaving, I'm still happy with where they are at as a business. The EV charging market is exciting. Not sure what a takeover looks like and when but I'm hoping that it's in the next 2 years. The fact that they are looking for a new CEO will hopefully be the piece to get this done but also it might mean it takes longer to achieve. All IMO.
