Please point out where I have ever said that posters cant speculate on any topic they like.
That is the whole point of a forum.
Its pretty clear to me that consultants were engaged, they did the job and have been paid. The most likely scenario is usually the one that actually happened.
Speculation that the consultants never received any cash is rather far fetched.
