I'd imagine they were the free options given during CR, and most likely belong to someone with the sentiment that the share price will rise to 5c in the near future. IMO let them buy at 5c it will only benefit the rise in SP at these current levels.
the more sold at 5c the more sellers will be motivated to increase there sell price to that range.
