It depends on what they plan to do with their shares I suppose. We know LIND is just slowly offloading no matter what the price is, if Bizelle do opt to wait for a greater SP then it's OK news for holders. My main point was the fact the the placement hasn't been completed yet, but they are still awarded the con note, this doesn't make sense.
