my take would be that the money was locked up in unlisted options, clearly these options were in the money, so stump up 6 c and you can get out 13c. x 700,000 thats abbout 5ok , just adjust upwards if they sell for more after the annct.
there are a few who want out of the market at this time. next week might be a fine time to take some cash off the table.
