This is the staff option package approved at AGM they are exercisable only after 12 months at .25c considering the shares were 7c 2 months ago and 15c at the time the package was approved at AGM this is very fair and a good way to reward key staff.
Directors have no options , and ZOONO does not overpay staff so this is a good move and a good way of guaranteeing continuity of a good group if staff.
i personally have no problem with it.
