    Have to agree, the sp is in the toilet and when it rebounds of which it has a whole 3yrs to do it. Who is the first to benefit with no risk attached.
    Even if it was agreed to back in November very opportunistic to issue at these prices, why not issue at 50 cents which would be more in keeping with November imo . Bit of a red flag against the management.
