Brilliant as always VMK. I believe that it is often the case that the screen users of an organisation are not aware of LVT.
At your phase 2, check if the business is continuing to use us. If not, I hope LVT, pretty much regardless of cost, somehow, make the VERY-END users aware that LVT is present on their screens, even though they may not have been aware. Then ask them if they could do without it. Hopefully, some will then pester the people responsible for implementing it on a permanent basis. If nothing else it will spread the word by the networking effect which is free.
There's also an opportunity there to make them aware that they can buy our shares. It never fails to amaze me that very-end users are not made aware that they can be shareholders. Is there some rule against it?
