How do you get management to stay without incentive? These guys know they have a short career life span at ECX. Incentive is now there for the sale price to be maximised as these guys have the most to gain. Also if they are any good and you were a competitor/potential acquirer I would be offering them plenty to leave and slow any potential business improvement as that would be in my shareholders interests.
Its a complex game when you are marching towards your end.
