I wouldn't worry about the dates too much. I had a quick look at the resolution and the listing rule. Its a bit early hear in the west and I hadn't had a coffee but I think they had to have a time limit of 3 years and performance rights were approved last year at the AGM.

I suspect it had been agreed some time back and this is just making it official before the news flow starts. I believe the Good Dr has options available as well but not 100% on how much or when due.

I won't be surprised to see the SP continue to float until real news hits the airways.
