Reg. I heard the pod cast and clearly Matt set Broo up for a headline. Any fool can see that. It was a poor interview as James did not challenge Ian about the success of Yellow Tail with the Kangaroo on the label. We all know that the Kangaroo is the reason why they broke into the US and started their international success. James did a poor job here and only had an agenda to link Broo and to denegrate the brand.
Of course Ian has not heard of Broo. He is a big company guy, and more into Wine.
James was so obvious with the set up to have a go at Broo and shame on him for poor form.
Matt did not ask about Gage Roads, Colonial or others either.
So my out take on this is that James is a bad interviewer or he was directed by Brew News to have a go at Broo. Maybe if Broo was a sponsor or advertised to Brew News, then they would report positive stuff on Broo.
