The exercise price was set in the AGM meeting notice dated 19 October 2020.
The average price the preceding month, was 2 to 3 cents or below (my rough estimate).
The directors have taken no fees since 01 March 2020.
(other than Mooney & Partners Pty Ltd, a company associated with Grant Mooney provides Company Secretarial fees for an annual fee of $36,000 p.a. plus GST).
