Shareholders here were very unhappy about it at the time. Many of us futilely voted against it too. As you point out, being a retail investor can sometimes leave you feeling that you are being taken advantage of.

It is a business that is rapidly growing its sales and carving out niches in targeted market segments (B2B delivery fleets, hire, etc) in a growing market and growing its distribution network globally. There is on paper significant uninitialized capacity to grow into, but you can never dismiss some problems arising out of expanding scale.

AFAIK disclosure of selling on market only applies to major shareholders and directors. I don't know what the company needs to disclose about management shareholdings in the Annual Report.
