..only that they are included in the invitation.. there does not seem to be a specification of the Performance Conditions. Just a guess, but I suspect they could be related to individual role performance, so that's probably an employee privacy issue and where a public company stops being public, the Board would be on the hook to governs how effective role based performance is managed and works..
