Am I correct thinking that they need to pay $1.56 per option to actually get the shares issued? If that is the case then one would think they would want the price well north of that value to stump up the cash to convert. Much better than just giving shares out I think. If they can get sp to $3 by then I certainly wouldn't begrudge them getting a big return.
