There is no value - these are options with an excercise price of $27.71 per option. The staff has to pay that amount to convert it into shares.

These Vest after 3 years and then they have oneyear to excercise. The only benefit will be if the share price is say $100 then they have to pay only $27.71 to get one share and benefit will be approx $72.29 per option.

All depends on share price in next four years - if share price stays below $27.71 then these are worthless.
