I sent the following concerns to PC in September:
"Because LCT was not forthcoming with information for investors, I started to try to find information on the internet which might give me a clue what was going on. Initially I searched in an effort to find out Diabecell status in regard to FDA approval. I came across the following 2017 article which says the project had been abandoned in 2016 because it had been concluded without results for more than 3 years:

Last year, I sent an email to LCT stating my concern about the information in the above article in hopes it would be discussed at the 2018 annual meeting. I see other investors on Hot Copper who make reference to Diabecell and question why LCT's 50% ownership was literally sold for "peanuts".
I am further concerned that the trademark for Immupel (Application number 82447) was cancelled according to Justia Trademarks in May 2018. I would consider this trademark important to the future of NTCELL:

The above information may not be news to you but I felt compelled to send it because it bothers me as a shareholder that LCT does not provide information to us and that LCT newsletters leave out important information. It was almost appalling to read over all the newsletters (those available on the LCT site) and see how LCT would lead a shareholder and any potential investor to believe one thing and then that information might not ever be referred to again. As an example, the pig herd. One newsletter stated that the current status of the herd was important in considering whether to go further with NTCELL and on the agenda. The condition and/or health of the pig herd has to my knowledge never been mentioned since that newsletter.
I am in hopes that Pacific Channel will succeed in its endeavors to bring new life into a company which should have established credibility years ago. As much as shareholders respect "other studies currently underway", we cannot ignore the importance of making sure every effort is given to improve the wellbeing of PD clients worldwide."
PC did reply that they would look into it but I never received any further information.
Hoping that some of you may know something. Specifically, how does a trademark work. Why is a trademark "cancelled" . Is that a permanent thing? Is it easy to reinstate? etc. Also, has Diabecell attempted another FDA approval?
