The method of reporting employed by Oilex continues to be totally flawed.
One would expect as with most companies engaged in exploration and production that regardless of the legal matters pending we would be kept abreast of proceedings on the ground. Weekly when drilling operations are in progress and fortnightly with regards to infrastructure and production phase (just tell us what's actually happening)
The current irregular, rambling flow of information only feeds into the uncertainty and despair of shareholders and the market in general.
We are all in part financing this operation and there is an obligation by the BOD's to provide this detail whether or not "they" deem it appropriate.
