On the other hand, if KKR think it's worth going ahead with the transaction - why not buy PPT shares now - the two potentially most knowledgeable with exposure to PPT are PPT & I expect KKR!
Then of course, there's SOL - a third potential buyer if PPT are currently o/sold by the market!?
Notice the shorts changed direction on August 29th, increasing from 2.04% to 2.14% - someone expected PPT to continue its decline!?
In summary right throughout the decline for every seller there's been a buyer - so far the buyers have been on the wrong side it appears!?
What's going to stop the ROT!!!??? Is this close to being a Bargain???
