re: Ann: Appendix 3X - Initial Directors Inte... Bailey, EMG has assembled an outstanding team IMHO. There is still room for improvement but we are looking much better equipped than most other exploration Cos.

Cowie & Hall are both serious resources players, experienced & reputable.

Nick Martin seems to have strong finance credentials in relation to resources projects. Important skill set for EMG.

Lude the CEO is young and green. Fischer (Chair) is a big question mark. He has purchased 3 million shares at 26c and his pay packet is dependent on out of the money options. Gotta give him credit for that at least.

Boylan has recently departed the board. He was the "real estate guy" and he is gone, so probably unfair to tar the entire team with that brush.

Don't forget they have Burston advising the board, he is one of Twiggy's boys and a resume longer than your arm.

I would have certainly sold this stock in recent times but the recent board appointments have changed my views and I'm hinging in there despite the pain in the share price.
