i guess you posted this as a confirmation of Vulcan being close to financing and the German gov's intended geothermal support.
i'd be surprised if "project of strategic importance" status isnt granted before years end and off the back of that a massive German gov grant and the EU bank loan for e500m, those 2 contributions should total a billion euro or close to it.
