Gender is irrelevant - equal rights for all else can go sue for for sexual, race etc discrimination.
As long as it's the best / right person for the role. That's what counts, not quotas nor gender bias.
Granted it's blokes only at present so trust this demonstrates that for PAN at least that gender has never been a limiting factor.
