All participants on that rebuild are under water after paying 25c, even the vendors who, last minute, asked to have more shares instead of cash.
They'd have been way better off taking the cash....so far.

We are making cash, and will payout the notes if need be, surety deal only needs to be signed, Kim says they are just sorting out dates and how much on each date for payments before signing off.
Cashflow will be positive before we know it and hopefully divs will rerate this stock in a big way.
