Itwill be interesting to see if the new executive chairman, Stephen Lennon, buysshares in Mount Burgess. His initial notice shows he currently has almost noshares.

He seems highly impressive,well educated, well connected and experienced in doing business in Botswana,where Mount Burgess is operating. He is also a director of Botala Energy listed on the ASX and who signed a MOI with MountBurgess to provide the company with power for the project in Botswana.Power is hugely important to Mount Burgess and a factor that is going to makeor break the project.

I would imagine that beforeagreeing to the position, Stephen will have assessed the feasibility of the MountBurgess strategic metals project in Botswana and the likelihood ofits success.

If hebuys shares in Mount Burgess now, to me, it will then be a sign of his commitmentand faith in the project; which will certainly get me to buy some more sharesin Mount Burgess.

Free issue of shares todirectors doesn’t mean much to me, I want to see them putting their money intothe company and using their personal cash to buy shares.

Maybe he can start off buyingForrester's shares.

A reasonable purchase should take the liquidity out the market which may help lift the share price.

Mount Burgess claims to have a potential multi-billion dollar resource of strategicmetals, in my mind, what they need to unlock this project is somedynamic management. Forrester was 80 years old and was sadly too old todrive the project and too tired to unlock its potential, let’s hope Stephen cando it!

His first test is to see if hebuys into the company. At a $ 1 million company valuation and limited cash andresources to pay him a good salary, as I see it, the only real financial incentivefor him to take on the role will be to buy shares at the current share priceand then drive the project to success, benefitting from a rise inthe share price.
