Don't cover it up, he sold 4.2M shares (3.7 + 0.5) for 84K and use 50K for the share option of 10M --> taking a profit of 34K. If he feels good about the company why he need to sell 4.2M shares, why not just keep them and pay 50K for 10M extra shares?
