You are correct and I am wrong. And yes she is accumulating stock, compared to what she is getting not very much. Every single sell transaction is listed as being for Taxes. Unless CG taxes are 5 to 10 times larger in AU than US this does not make sense.

Here is a chart I created to get the whole picture after AR on 2021 I did notice a couple of things the ending balance in indirect shares from 9/2 is larger by 294 K shares than the starting balance on 12/6. I have double checked everything I do not think I made a mistake if you can find it Please let me know. I have included the links. If you add up the changes it comes up to 299,365 shares she added. take the acquired and subtract the sold that comes up to 299,365 as well. I believe that is the correct number no idea why the discrepancy between 9/2 and 12/6. She has accumulated 299.365 shares. I still think it is a fair question to ask people on this board who have sold little or no shares do they think that is the right thing when the CEO has sold 1.03M shares about 70% of the shares she was granted.
