If you can't read the announcement properly, then at least read the thread before posting, and see the egg on face, which you now share.
Adrian was issued the shares as part of the ESOP, as decided long ago, and approved at the AGM. Adrian hasn't made any recent decision - and as others pointed out could not at this point without being prosecuted for insider trading.
